The 𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐁𝐱𝟏 battery is a powerful 𝟒𝟖𝐕 battery with a true capacity of 𝟏𝟕.𝟓𝐀𝐡 and a total energy of 𝟖𝟒𝟎𝐖𝐡 which gives a more than decent RANGE for your rides!

Built in an aluminium case makes it very practical and handy to be easily removed from the charge and charged separately out of the bike. However it is meant to be ridden either 𝐢𝐧-𝐟𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞 as well as on the rear rack/panniers in a dedicated optional bag.

Being built 𝐋𝐆 𝐌𝐉𝟏 genuine 𝟏𝟖𝟔𝟓𝟎 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐀 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 in a 13S5P (13 groups in series, 5 cells in parallel) it has a powerful BMS rated for 30A continuous current.

The BMS comes with common port which means you can both discharge it and charge it via the discharging port. This makes it extremely useful when you want to boost your RANGE and ride with more than one battery at a time, so with the help of a DATE Dx2C you can now also charge both batteries at the same time with a single charger such as the powerful DATE BCx3 600W dual voltage 48V / 52V.

Info: The battery itself connects to the battery head to a much better XT60 plug which is rated itself for 60A max and 35A continuous & 5 pin plug which exposes the female pins to the controller side. The pins 1 and 2 are the + positive side of the battery while the pins 4 and 5 are the - negative.

Important: The charging port of the battery is built with a high-quality RCA female plug which makes it very handy to be charged with the help of the DATE BCx3's RCA to XT90S charging adapter. That one is built with proper ebike rated for max 8A AMPHENOL RCA male plug and the XT90S plug makes it always ANTI SPARK so you avoid all those nasty sparks!
Just please sure make sure you always connect the yellow XT90 plug to the yellow XT90S plug of the adapter the LATEST and you disconnect them the first accordingly.

The battery is compatible and 𝐏𝐥𝐮𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲 out of the box with most foldable 20x4 bikes such as:

• All DATEx2 bikes
• All MATE X bikes
• Engwe EP2-Pro
• Engwe Engine Pro
• Engwe C20
• RANDRIDE Hummer
• MATE MONCLER but only when the appropriate option is selected
• ... and all other MATE-X like frame clones out there using the same battery form factor

The battery case is ALX-009 which makes it incompatible with all of the FIIDO, MATE CITY, MATE CLASSIC, MATE ICON models as they are using ALX-006 battery case.

The weight of the battery is about 4.8kg / 10.6lbs which makes it very practical to be charged outside the bike on a daily basis when needed.

Important note! When you have a MATE MONCLER bike and want to upgrade to this battery, then you need to check the MONCLER option so that only pins 1 and 5 are the + and the - of the battery as pins 2 and 4 are used for Rx Tx communication! Mounting this battery without the MONCLER option will fry your controller, display and GPS!!
For the rest of the foldable ebikes, this is not an issue and can be used as is!
